Our goal at DCG is to be sure that our buyers have all the information that they need in order to make a smart decision when buying a house in Portland, Oregon. When you choose our team to help you with your purchase, we take the time to really listen to what you are looking for in a home so that time is not wasted looking at homes or areas that do not match your criteria.
We will provide you with a Buyers Book which explains the home buying process to you from start to finish. We understand that often you can get frustrated with “information overload” and it’s nice to be able to have a source to refer to. However, we encourage and welcome your calls!
Next, we get to work and provide guidance as we hone in on the specific properties which match your criteria. We work with other agents in the area so that we are aware of all the homes available. At times, there are homes for sale that are not marketed through the MLS so your online search may not reveal them to you. Other times, we hear of properties entering the market before they are listed on the MLS, giving you a head start on considering that home. This is where the networking abilities of our team can work to your advantage.
Once we find your home, we work with you every step of the way from writing the offer, discussing the negotiations, opening the escrow, navigating inspections and contract deadlines, through to the close. We use a successful system that has been tested through all market climates in order to provide you with the best service and ensure that your interests remain a priority.
