Jeff is the Principal Broker and Co-owner of Dennison Capen Group Realty. He is responsible for both the Buyer and Seller Agency his team provides its clients.  Jeff brings more than 24 years of business practice, negotiation, and marketing experience to his investment and residential real estate clients, and was first licensed back in 1995.  The success of his referral-based business depends on the value Dennison Capen Group Realty offers before, during and after a transaction.  In addition to being in the top 1% of team leaders in the state, Jeff has consistently been awarded the prestigious Five Star Award for client satisfaction since its inception in 2010.  While focused on supporting his clients’ home ownership goals, Jeff is also committed to maximizing his clients’ real estate investment goals. A large part of The Dennison Capen Group’s practice centers around investment real estate.
